Pitotubes encourages all interested parties to apply to our Affiliate Partner Program. We will personally review all applications to ensure a compatible match between your customer’s needs and our products.
We will be interested in partner sites that:
- Are aesthetically pleasing.
- Do not display content that is offensive to US in any way - See Affiliate Terms and Conditions for further details.
- Are fully developed and functional (not under construction).
These are only general guidelines, and we reserve the right to make exceptions. These Guidelines for Approval are only a partial review of the Pitotubes.com Terms and Conditions. Please review the full Pitotubes Affiliate Terms and Conditions for further details.
To become a participant in the Pitotubes.com Affiliate Partner Program, please submit a complete Affiliate Partner Program Application. Our goal is to respond to approval requests within 24 to 48 hours, longer if the application is received on during the weekend including Friday.
Pitotubes Direct ships to customers that are located in the United States and most developed countries.
A wide selection of banner ads and text links are available for placement on your web site. Once you are approved for our program, you can use the code we supply to generate links from your site to ours.
We will not be able to accept any Applicants that have websites:
- Containing graphics or content perceived as offensive or controversial, including that of a sexual, violent, or political nature.
- Featuring or promoting discrimination of any type such as those that are based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- That are harmful or featuring activities involving unusual or extreme risk to life or to the environment.
- Selling, promoting, or targeting an audience based on alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any illegal or controlled substance.
- That are unlawful or related in anyway to illegal, criminal activities.
- That are threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- Violating intellectual property of AMD Travel Accessories, Inc.(Pitotubes.com), or any other third party including unauthorized links.
Affiliate Partner Site(s) domain name(s) cannot and will not contain the Pitotubes.com trademarks or any misspellings, variations or creative stylings of those trademarks in the domain name, other HTML tags, or content that is otherwise considered offensive or inflammatory is not acceptable to Pitotubes.com, will nullify the partnership.
Some examples of these trademarks, but not limited to are the following:
“Pitotubes”, “Pitotubes.com”, “PitoTubes”, “PitoTubes.com”, “Pito-Tubes”, “Pito-Tubes.com”, “Pito_tubes”, “Pito_Tubes.com”, or any other creative stylings of the Pitotubes trademark.
Affiliate agrees not to exploit any Pitotubes.com trademarks to influence the affiliate partner sites ranking in search results on any search engine, or for any other reason. Affiliate will not post any coupon codes or discount offers unless they are provided specifically for Affiliate Partner Site(s) through Pitotubes.com.
Affiliates agree to adhere to the Federal Government ''CAN-SPAM Act of 2003'', S.877. Affiliate will adhere to the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Best Practices.
Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not buy or bid on any of the Pitotubes.com company names or any variation on any pay-for-placement search engine. You may not bid on any Pitotubes.com trademark keywords in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs), (or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with Pitotubes.com). Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to:
“Pitotubes”, “Pitotubes.com”, “PitoTubes”, “PitoTubes.com”, “Pito-Tubes”, “Pito-Tubes.com”, “Pito_tubes”, “Pito_Tubes.com”, or any other creative stylings of the Pitotubes(s) trademark.
If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Pitotubes Affiliate Partner Program after altering your website and deleting all offending content. Please reference our Affiliate Terms and Conditions as your guideline to reapply.
Pitotubes.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify this list from time to time to include any other word or phrase.
If any site or partner fails to meet the terms of our agreement, or if we determine a website is not suitable for the Affiliate Partner Program for any reason, we reserve the right to remove that site or partner from the Pitotubes Affiliate Partner Program at any time for cause. The partner will be notified via e-mail, and such notification shall serve as the only notice, whether or not the partner receives the notification.
